Men's and Women's games will be played on Wednesday nights. Mixed on Thursday nights. Games will be played at approximately 6pm and 7pm (may change slightly with daylight savings).

Players will need to wear suitable sports clothing and sports shoes or football or soccer boots. Playing tops MUST have a number on the back so referees can talk to players during the games.
